xx998 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xx998 ("xx998", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xx998 website located at https://xx998.club and all associated services, products, and content offered through the platform, including online casino games, sports betting, and financial transactions (collectively, the "Services").

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification. xx998 will not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts where verification has been requested.

3. Account Registration and Security

If xx998 identifies that you hold more than one account — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — xx998 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from them, and forfeit any balances held therein. Account Closure

You may request to close your xx998 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled and any active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. xx998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where these Terms have been violated, without prior notice and without obligation to return any funds associated with breaching activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

xx998 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed on the Platform. All financial transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion applied by xx998. The following specific rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallets, and ৳500 via bank transfer or card. Deposits typically credit to your xx998 balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation by the sending wallet or bank.
• xx998 does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party fees levied by your wallet provider, bank, or card issuer are outside xx998's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your account name may be rejected or held pending verification. xx998 reserves the right to return such deposits to their origin if the sending account cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
• xx998 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion and to request source of funds documentation for large deposits. Such requests are a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance measure.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. xx998 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts, different wallet numbers, or bank accounts not previously used for deposit.
• Withdrawal processing times via bKash and Nagad are typically 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, technical maintenance, or national holidays.
• xx998 does not charge a platform-side fee for withdrawals processed via mobile wallet. Bank withdrawal processing times and any applicable bank fees depend on the receiving institution and are outside xx998's control.
• Withdrawals may only be processed from accounts where identity verification has been completed to xx998's satisfaction. xx998 may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into account activity suspected to be in breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

xx998 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and to any additional terms published alongside each specific promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and qualifying games will be stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to place bets that would guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage betting") or to hedge bets in a manner that reduces the risk of the wagering requirement being completed. • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or perform any account action that would normally require direct human interaction.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, or using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by xx998.

xx998 employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension without prior notice. Decisions on account closure for breach of these Terms are final. Appeals may be submitted to our support team in writing, but xx998's decision on all conduct-related matters is final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property

xx998 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. xx998 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable. No compensation will be offered for service interruptions unless such interruptions directly result in the confirmed loss of a placed bet due to a platform-side technical error.

11. Amendments to These Terms

xx998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xx998 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered players via the Platform or by direct communication. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure process described in Section 3.
